Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax)—no promo code needed.

  • Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

  • Offer valid for all U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories and military addresses).

Nationwide Delivery Coverage

MG Grocery ships to all 50 states, including:

  • Continental U.S.

  • Alaska & Hawaii (may require additional delivery time)

We do not currently ship to:

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • P.O. boxes

Shipping Times

We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days (fees apply)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1 PM EST are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment anytime through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Perishable Item Shipping

Perishable and refrigerated items are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness. Some remote areas may have limited availability for fresh or frozen goods.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. MG Grocery is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.
