Refunds:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
